故事發生在一棟老式公寓內，房東（任達華 飾）貼出了招租啟示，以極低的價格將公寓裏的6間房租了出去，然而，天底下哪有白撿便宜的道理呢，被低價吸引而來的租客想要在這裏生活，自然還要付出金錢之外的東西。
整天嬉皮笑臉的體育老師老張（莊凱勳 飾）、貪玩好色懶惰的廢柴大學生伯彥（侯彥西 飾）、帶著正在念四年級的女兒的單親爸爸王先生（遊安順 飾）、擁有天使外貌魔鬼身材的陳小姐（李杏 飾）、同性戀情人令狐（森竣 飾）和郭力（李康生 飾）、神秘美女穎如（邵雨薇 飾），很快，6間房均迎來了它們的住客，等待著這些人的，除了嶄新的生活外，還有房東給他們安排的針孔攝像機。

O的故事
2002 理論簡介：O is a talented photographer in her late twenties with a promising career ahead of her. Encouraged by her boyfriend, Rene, O decides that she should pursue her artistic passion without reservation, setting aside financial realities until she has completed her very beautiful, avant-garde book of original photos. In hopes of enabling O to focus her energies on the book, Rene introduces her to a mysterious benefactor, the wealthy and powerful Sir Stephen. What starts out as a promising arrangement, turns out to be self-destructive for O. She allows outside influences to corrupt her artistic vision, as she is drawn into a seductive world of deceit, power, and eroticism.
