根據1999年暢銷小說《我有時候也想成為A片主人公》改編的同名電影即將登上大銀幕。原著以女主人公性經驗的告白為內容，在當時引起了極大的社會反響，銷量高達140萬冊以上。影片講述的是女主人公因為私生活曝光而被世間目光所職責，還被出演的電視劇劇組辭退。 雖然一直有電影人希 望改變這部小說，但是因為原作者一直沒有同意而遲遲未能有所進展。最近該片製作公司表示會打造成一部和現有韓國愛情片完全不同的影片，原作者才在16年之後同意小說板上大銀幕。影片的出發點正是“為什麽韓國成人愛情片都要聚焦男女性行為呢？”而影片也會通過故事對此做出回答。 電影將融和小說中多個小故事，聚焦女主人公的愛情。她遇到了一個可以幫助她克服傷痛和孤獨的男子，並且在互相了解的過程中慢慢改變了以往的價值觀和固定觀念，認識到愛情並不是占有，而是互相關懷才能得到幸福。 曾憑借2008年電影《初戀》出道的導演張成洙，此次是第二部長片作品，他也親手執筆劇本，小說作者看過劇本之後也表示對於女主角的心理描寫非常細致，非常期待影片誕生。 憑借《虎尾蘭之夢》獲得青龍電影獎最佳新人女演員獎的樸芝秀將飾演女主角，韓智恩、崔裏浩等新人演員一同加盟。該片已於5月4日開機，預計今年內上映。
